At GlowNest, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different product, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition where reasonably possible.

  • The product should include its original packaging and accessories where applicable.

  • You must provide your order details.

  • For damaged or incorrect products, we may request clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Certain products may not be eligible for return where applicable law permits, including products that are personalized, used, damaged after delivery, or otherwise unsuitable for resale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, we will process it using the applicable payment method or another reasonable method agreed with you.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request appropriate payment details or arrange another suitable refund method.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or another circumstance where applicable law requires otherwise.

Return Shipping

If the return is because you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, GlowNest may cover the applicable return shipping cost.

For returns requested for other reasons, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

Where stock is available, we may offer an exchange for an eligible defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return procedure may apply.
